Really sucks on laptop though, it’s hard to bomb quickly enough, and for some reason I frequently drop the bombs almost immediately without lifting my mouse button. I mean come on… cheaper tower skill? Lame. But I’m finding that then I can’t earn mana quickly enough because of these “wasted” skill points.
With increased starting mana skill maxed and cheaper towers skill maxed that allows me to place a tower and put a level 4 gem in it as quickly as my mouse can move. > My current strategy is to send 1st wave immediately as soon as the game screen opens. > Yeah, I’ve found that too now I’ve played a bit further. Hopefully that will get me a level 4 starting gem? Pfft, I somehow doubt it. If that doesn’t work I’ll try maxing one of the skills that gives you starting gems, thus helping me afford more towers at the start. I’ve pretty much given up on traps you need them most at the beginning of levels… but if you build traps then, they’re totally useless in later levels where you need a high effect from a level 3ish slow or armour reduce. Not sure if this is a bug in the game or my mouse is busted.
